Beverly's

At this point the city's skater boys will have no place to go. Beverly's, the tiny Lower East Side watering hole lit by pink neon and whichever art installation was taking over the back space that month, announced on Instagram that it was shuttering after 7 years. Sure, it's not as long a run as some of the other spots on this list, but it was enough time to earn them "icon" status in our book. RIP.
