Lotus - was dinner meets night club. You would get a coveted reservation and then stay for an incredible night scene. Complete with the best DJs and celebrity spotting.
Butter - the Monday night party was packed with everyone who was someone. For me it was always a great night to connect with people off email. Networking and debauchery at its best
Bungalow 8 - this was my first encounter of a hard door policy. I was 22 and new to NYC and never knew if I would get past Armin. Some nights it was a "it’s not going to happen" and then when he finally got to know me and those velvet ropes opened it was like sitting in your living room with all your favorite celebrities. I loved the décor – the tropical wall paper, the velvet booths and the cocktails - it was always a night that left me with an amazing story to tell the next day back at work with my MTV PoweR Girls at Lizzie Grubman PR.
APT - this place was an actual apartment where you would knock on the door and you would know your fate, for the evening. It was so fun, and so cool and underground. I loved taking friends from out of town there.
