Craving a little winter getaway? Skip the flight and head straight to Sally Can Wait, a buzzy new cocktail bar combining the sizzling Cuban nightlife vibes of Miami with, rather unexpectedly, the Jewish comfort food of the Lower East Side.

As the spot's catchphrase goes, "Oy Empingao!"

On any given night the neon-basked watering hole, which nods to the Art Deco aesthetic of the 1980s Miami Vice era, is pumping with plenty of vacation-worthy jams and dramatic tropical cocktails, from the frozen to the flaming (we mean, it's never too cold for a piña colada).
