Maison Premiere
With over 17 kinds of oysters, and a dozen absinthes, Maison Premiere draws a crowd out to Williamsburg. The happy hour is from 4-7pm, Monday through Friday and oysters are all $1. Although the window-seats up front give you a bit more room and view of the oyster shuckers, the food is only served up at the bar and the tables in the back.
