Governors Ball's plans always seem to fall under the weather, quite literally (reference to this year's final day cancellation.) Coachella is all the way on the wrong, we mean, West Coast. And Global Citizen Festival is essentially a Willy Wonka factory tour with golden tickets given to only a handful of elite festival-goers who've dutifully completed a brief list of good samaritan tasks.
