The special sunset, also known as the Manhattan Solstice, happens only twice a year, when the sun perfectly aligns with the street grid creating a stunning orange glow through skyscrapers, taxi cab windows, Times Square, and more. Every year, Instagrammers go nuts for the phenomenon, diving into the middle of traffic to snag the perfect shot. Yesterday was no different.
