If you were anywhere below 14th Street last night, you probably ran into a few thousand Bernie Sanders supporters. According to his camp, the Vermont senator's NYC rally in Washington Square Park drew an estimated 27,000 people and included performances by Vampire Weekend with the Dirty Projectors, and appearances by Spike Lee, Rosario Dawson, and of course, the big Bern himself. As is Greenwich Village tradition, the rally was a political gathering à la "La Vie Bohème," with artists, young people, and hippies at heart calling for a revolution.
