What about your favorite healthy spots to eat?

Juice Press - My everyday lunch go-to for the past 4 years of living in NYC. Most recently, in efforts to become a more conscious consumer, I bring my own jar and spoon and have JP fill it up with my soup daily or smoothie. The jar also doubles as my Super Foods morning matcha, and sometimes even my dog bowl! When you are always on the go, multi-functional items are key!
Go-to order (cold days): Butternut Squash Soup + Lentil Mushroom Soup mixed in one container (I like everything in life mixed).
Go-to order (warm days): “The Ariana” on the scret JP1 menu. Vanilla protein, ½ Cauliflower ½ Banana, no coconut nectar, extra vanilla, no ice, add gogi berries x2.
ABCV- There is a little star by my name at ABCV, very well deserved, as I used to live 3 blocks away and go everyday. It is the epitome of “Farm Girl Chic.” Everything is so well curated, and equally as important as aesthetics, they source seasonal local organic produce from a vendor who sells at the Union Square farmers’ market. The farmer imports sulfur enriched soil from California, creating more nutrient dense produce with a richer taste.
Go-to order: Dosa with Avocado and Sprouts, the market carrots, Matcha Creme Brulee (ps ask for the spicy sauce and add to everything).
Three Seat Espresso - If you are looking for the best oat milk Cortado in NYC, you will find it (along with me and my dog, Linus) drenched in the morning sunlight across from Thompson Square Park, along with healthy Aussie inspired morning bites.
Go-to order: Oat milk Cortado + raw turmeric bar from Ocka Treats
