What’s your golden rule when it comes to being fit & healthy?

When it comes to being fit and healthy, it isn’t just about our bodies. We want to be balanced and embrace every part of life. That means staying committed but being flexible as well. I like to live by the 80/20 rule. 80% of the time I follow along with guidelines that support my goals, and 20% of the time I follow along with choices that support my happiness, like having a cookie once a week if I am craving one! Life is meant to be lived to the fullest. We want to feel good, physically and mentally.
