What's On Molly Moorkamp's Holiday Wish List?

If you've yet to step into the fabulous, feminine world of Molly Moorkamp - which can best be described as the Upper East Side meets Palm Beach - holiday dressing season 'tis the perfect time to discover it. 

Both the New York designer and her namesake brand are always prepared for a festive fete - fine feathers, sweaters, and frocks at the ready.

Curious as to how the elegant It Girl will be celebrating (and shopping) through the holidays? Us too!

How do you celebrate the holidays? 
The holidays are my favorite time of year at MM. We are always under the gun to get ALL our festive holiday frocks out the door in time for our customers to celebrate. After the work is done with minutes to spare it's time for me to start shopping! Generally a stop at La Goulue or The Carlyle first and then a sweep of Madison to pick up some lovingly last minute gifts for my family. 

Where will you be this season?  
Somewhere warm! We're heading to Palm Beach to pop up at Casa Branca. I need to make sure all my snowbirds are outfitted in MM for the holidays. 

Are you a last-minute or way-in-advance shopper?  
Last minute paired with a lovely meal. I don't shop hungry, or thirsty ;)

What's the best gift you've ever given or received? 
The best gift I've ever received is a Blairz portrait or anything custom for my charm bracelet. I have a few very memorable pieces. The best gift I've ever given is anything custom MM, which I make every year for my very special loved ones. 

Who's the toughest to shop for on your list? 
Everyone on my list is very opinionated.....custom Stubbs And Wooton is always a tried and true answer. 

What's your go-to hostess gift? 
Frozen hor d'oeuvres you can send in advance. A guest with good manners is also always a welcomed gift. 

Favorite spots around town to pick up something in person? 
KRB has beautiful wrapping paper! 

Anything Hotel Silver from the Bergdorf Goodman's Home Floor is always a much needed entertaining staple. 

The Gagosian Shop has such a beautiful and unique selection of books. 

What's on your list to get? 
Top of my list is a very ORGANIZED and happy 2023. 

I'm also never mad about finding a small red box under the tree.
