What's On Mackenzie Newcomb's Holiday Wish List?

Reading more has to be one of the most popular New Year's resolutions out there, no? Well, in the case of Mackenzie Newcomb, that noble goal just wouldn't even be possible. Honestly, she reads too much as is!

Curious what's on this bonafide bookworm's wish list this season?

How do you celebrate the holidays?   
The best part of being in a multi-faith relationship is I always get to spend Christmas with my family, and Hanukkah with my husband's. 

Where will you be this season?   
We'll be at my family's country home in Connecticut! 

Are you a last-minute or way-in-advance shopper?   
Usually way-in-advance... but this year it's looking quite last minute. 

What's the best gift you've ever received? 
My sisters and I always exchange experiences. Last year it was Taylor Swift's Eras tour tickets. That will be hard to beat!

Who's the toughest to shop for on your list? 
My Dad. My parents live on a boat full-time, so they don't really have space for any extras and he buys himself everything he could ever want. I'm honestly probably just going to get him a box of Levain cookies as he has a bit of an obsession. 

What's your go-to hostess gift? 
Maison du Chocolat truffles or Chefanie cocktail napkins.

Favorite spots around town to pick up something in person? 
If I'm buying you something, chances are you're either getting food or books. A little tin of Petrossian Caviar, Red & White peppermint cookies from William Greenberg, or a book from Three Lives & Co (or The Strand if i'm looking for something super specific). 

Any particularly festive plans or traditions you're most looking forward to this year?
This is our son's first Christmas! He's too young to appreciate most things, but I have been dressing him up in festive pajamas every night and he loves staring at the Christmas tree and menorah lighting. 

What's on your list to get?   
I'd really love these purple Sezané Colette Thigh High Boots! A very un-fun fact about pregnancy is oftentimes your feet grow and never shrink back. I'm wearing a size bigger than last year and I need to reinvent my shoe collection... I'd also really like a cashmere beanie as I seem to have misplaced mine. 

What's on your list to give?
My son is getting this adorable dino activity chair, my mom is getting Cozy Earth pajamas, and my BFF is getting Julia Fox's JUICY AF memoir.
