Now through the end of summer this obviously Instagrammable treat is available at Dominique Ansel Bakery on Spring Street every Friday through Sunday. A fresh slice of watermelon decorated with hand-cut dark chocolate "seeds" and filled with a delicious pink swirl of homemade watermelon soft serve.
Consider yourself warned, there will be lines.
