Sunday may just be the most important day of the year: Macaron Day. Thanks to French pastry chef Francois Payard, bakeries all over the city will be teaming up to treat all New Yorkers to the petite, pretty, classic French cookie. Make sure to hit up all the locations between 10 am and 5 pm for your free treat, while supplies last. We've mapped out all the participating bakeries in each neighborhood for this Sunday.
Take a tasty tour, and make sure to tell them you are there for Macaron Day! All proceeds from the day will be donated to City Harvest, a lovely organization that brings excess food to hungry New Yorkers.
