Zucchini, Ricotta, & Paprika Stuffed Squash Blossoms These little blossoms are stuffed with zucchini, ricotta, garlic, oregano, and a dash of paprika for a subtle kick. The outside is crispy, while the inside is warm and gooey (our mouths are watering just writing this). And to top it off, a squash blossom is an actual flower.
