Every year the CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund Awards transpire to honor and bring attention to fashion's next-best talent. This year, up-and-coming designers were granted with a $300,000 prize to invest in their brand and a year of mentoring with an industry expert. For the first time in its 12-year history, the award was granted to not one, not two, but three winners, a decision made by a team including Anna Wintour, Diane von Furstenberg, and CFDA President and CEO Steven Kolb.
