Olivia Palermo, Katie Holmes, and Julia Fox - oh my! Last night, New York's coolest and most fashionable apparently all got the memo that the place to be was the Whitney Art Party. An annual good time, the evening began with a chic seated dinner and culminated with a DJ and tequila-fueled all night rager in the name of art.
