Co-owner Julian Niccolini, Henry Kissinger, Patrick McMullan, Fern Mallis, Jay McInerney, Prince Dimitri of Yugoslavia, Yigal Azrouel, Salmon Rushdie, Barry Diller, Aby Rosen, Rory Tahari, Erin Featherston, Thom Browne, Drew Nieporent and Kristian Laliberte were just a few of the many guests toasting the occasion, a longevity so few dining dens reach in New York's unforgiving foodie scene.
