These are hard, cold, cold times. And yet, from the looks of Ivanka Trump, you'd think the altitude over at fool's gold Trump Tower has caused some kind of heat wave.
The woman simply can't stop bare-legging it all around town.
Though we suppose when you're guaranteed spending but a maximum of 4 seconds outside in the elements before shuffling away into a town car carriage for the day, seasonal dressing isn't really a thought.
That, and Ice Princesses do best in the cold.
