The holiday season really is just such a magical time. Festive decorations, merry spirits, lots and lots of sales; Is there anything better? If you're working retail, there are plenty of better things. The holidays for retail associates can be dreadful because the quest to find the perfect gift can drive some customers a little crazy. From my many years working the holiday season, I've seen it all. I've been yelled at, looked down upon, been called "hey, you" too many times to count, and so much more. Retail associates have a tough job because there are shoppers out there who just do not understand proper courtesy towards employees, some of which have to stay working until one in the morning cleaning up your mess. So this holiday season, please make an effort to treat those retail associates with respect and make their life a little easier. Here's how!
