The Met Gala's storied red carpet is probably only second to the Oscars in terms of major A-list cameos. Since it began in 1948, everyone from Jackie O. to Princess Diana to Marilyn Manson has made a stylish appearance, leading us to believe that anyone who has ever been famous must have gone at least once. Turns out, that's definitely not so.
Whether they couldn't fork up the $30,000 for a ticket, chose to skip it, or were never even invited in the first place, these five celebrities have surprisingly not been to fashion's biggest bash.
