Jonny Cota from Skingraft catches up with us over a viewing of his SS16 collection, consisting of his usual muted colors, greys, blacks. This time he thought a little harder about the wearability of his clothes, and you can tell. The pieces are less harsh, a little more simple but still very much Skingraft. Brands like his, that hail from the West Coast, make us believe L.A.'s new cool overshadows New York's old vibe (but just for the time being), and perhaps we shouldn't jump to classify West Coast brands as too relaxed or basic.
