Monday afternoon, designer Karen Walker brought us to the West Side for her show at Pier 59. On the runway, Walker presented a modern take on a '70s vibe, using a retro palette of autumnal hues. Outside of the show, the street style reflected the designer's quirky aesthetic, and of course there were plenty of Walker's infamous statement-making sunnies both on and off the runway. Fashion bloggers Rumi Neely and Kelly Framel (of Fashion Toast and The Glamourai, respectively) came out to support, and a bevy of magazine editors streamed in wearing cheeky graphic prints and sensible shoes.
