The past year has seen even the most social among us embrace domesticity and, with bread-baking crazes and viral pasta recipes galore, likely rediscover our kitchens.
In her namesake label's latest lookbook, beloved designer Batsheva Hay takes note of this moment, and proves that anyone could look and feel chic, even while leaning over an oven. Continuing the concept she explored for her resort 2021 collection, Hay tapped It Girls and A-listers as her model muses for fall, incorporating not only fashion into her lookbook series, but also the joy of food.
The likes of Nicky Hilton, Ego Nwodim, Maude Apatow, and Amy Fine Collins brought the designer and her photographer husband, Alexei Hay, into their kitchens to whip up their favorite meals while, of course, decked out in Batsheva's equal parts feminine and irreverent frocks. The result? A fashion show-turned home tour-turned recipe book that'll surely inspire you to get dressed up the next time you make dinner.
