In the midst of all their pre-NYFW prep, some of fashion's biggest names came out last night to celebrate Target and the CFDA's ongoing partnership and the {FASHION INCUBATOR} accessories designers’ fall 2015 collections. Everyone from DJ Harley Viera-Newton to funny gal Bevy Smith were in attendance, taking in the fresh collections by some up-and-coming designers including Rachel Dooley, Grant Krajecki, and Natalie Levy.
