Solange & Trey Songz Attend The Moet Nectar Impérial Rosé x Marcelo Burlon Launch

A good acquaintance of ours once said the infamous line "I only drink vintage Moët," which, though impractical, is certainly a legendary principle to live by. Last night, however, wasn't about paying homage to the old as much as it was about celebrating the new. Starry guests descended on Cipriani's Great Hall in lower Manhattan in order to toast Moët & Chandon's first creative collaboration for its Nectar Impérial Rosé in partnership with Marcelo Burlon, the provocative mind behind County of Milan and self-described "nightlife wizard." Just in time for the summer rosé season, Burlon's Tiger Bottle Collection seamlessly fuses the champagne house's timeless glamour with County of Milan's brash design vision.

Of course, as a titan of the bubbly industry, Moët wasn't going to throw just any old party. On the red carpet list? A-Listers from all artistic industries, including Solange Knowles, Trey Songz, Leigh Lezark, Chelsea Leyland, Angela Simmons, Soo Joo Park, Mia Moretti, Stretch Armstrong, Tai Beauchamp, Dascha Polanco, and Chris Collins. Invitees entered the cavernous, Neo-Renaissance halls of Cipriani to the beats of DJ Kittens, though the turntables were soon taken over by Mr. Burlon himself. A fabulously luxe evening of dance, music, and obviously plenty of Impérial Rosé consumption by the feted crowd ensued. The night ended with a surprise performance by Trey Songz, who had the crowd on its feet chanting "bottoms up, bottoms up" like there was no tomorrow. As another revered champagne virtuoso said upon sampling the gold liquid for the first time: "Come quickly, I am tasting the stars!" Never had this been more true than last night.
