Last night, Markarian's Ali O’Neill and design darling CeCe Barfield hosted an intimate, festive evening at Bergdorf Goodman. The two best friends have much to celebrate, with the launch of their respective capsule collections sold exclusively at the iconic department store, each of them odes to the aesthetic wonders up for auction at the Christie’s August Interiors Sale.

With most guests in attendance modeling seasons of gorgeous Markarian looks, the impeccably well-dressed soirée began with cocktails on the third floor among the pair's "ultimate hostess suite," which features racks of O'Neill's dresses, as well as linens, china and silver-plated stemware by Barfield.

Once the room was properly bubbling with champagne and socialites, all were escorted upstairs, with the elevator doors opening to reveal a most elegant scene. Romantic, dark walls hugged a t-shaped table draped in a faunal Pierre Frey Le Grand Grènois tablecloth, glowing with candlelight, punctuated with topiaries, and crawling with passion flowers and many other beautiful blooms. The private space, brilliantly created by Ali's sister, Kristen Dor O’Neill, showcased Barfield's collection of Palampore plates, Paris linens and Agra Floral cups.
