There's nothing the fashion flock loves more than a French accent - in every sense of the word. Last night Parisian label Maje proved that theory by hosting a chic Soho gathering seasoned with all the best aspects of a lively French dinner party: good wine, good food, and even better style.
The evening's festivities were held in honor of the brand's new capsule collection with Schott, the classic New York outerwear company known for their effortless urban cool. Needless to say, it was a match made in It Girl heaven. The six pieces are all soon-to-be staples, from reversible bombers to a standout shearling-sleeved jacket that caught everyone's attention.
While guests including Laura Love, Marina Testino, TK Wonder, and Cipriana Quann mixed and mingled with dangerously refreshing cocktails in hand, DJ Harley Viera-Newton (just back from London Fashion Week) amped things up above the stunning spiral staircase, providing the perfect upbeat tunes for such a fun collaboration.
As attendees took their seats for a gorgeous, floral-flocked, and intimate meal, a video projection looped, showing the new collection in action. By the time dessert rolled around (which, of course, boasted bread, brie, and berries), we had mentally bookmarked all the Maje x Schott looks we plan on donning this fall.
