There's just something about black tie ball in the rain that feels extra extravagant.
This past Monday evening, over 400 of New York's chicest social staples stepped out - dipping under umbrellas and carefully dodging puddles - for the School of American Ballet's annual Ball.
The pink-themed evening, which was generously sponsored by Graff and First Republic Bank, featured a lively cocktail hour, a flower-filled seated dinner on the David H. Koch Theatre's promenade, and divine dance showcase performance by a number of SAB's talented students, followed by dessert and more dancing.
Jill Kargman, Kailand Morris, Sophie Sumner, Sai de Silva and more were all in attendance.
