A glittering soirée for a glittering new accessory - leave it to Chanel to celebrate in style.
In honor of the release of the Première Original edition watch, along with its official face (well, wrist), model Soo Joo Park, the iconic French house hosted a glamorous dinner at the recently opened Casa Cruz New York. The coveted invitation was eagerly answered by a flock of fashion world It Girls (and Boys) who dressed for the occasion in fall-ready tweeds and plenty of double-Cs.
Social scene swans including Ivy Getty, Lauren Santo Domingo, Rebecca Dayan, Sarah Hoover, and Annabelle Dexter-Jones were on hand to toast to the timepiece, as were Lily Allen, Clara McGregor, and mother-daughter duo Natalie and Isabella Massenet. As the evening kicked off, they enjoyed cocktails and bites as they toured the luxurious new hot spot, which spans five floors in a shiny uptown townhouse.
When it came time for dinner, guests glided down to the dining room where they found Polaroid cameras and personal tins of caviar awaiting them. Needless to say, the flashes commenced, both iPhone and analog, and the particularly chic moment in time was captured in more ways than one.
