The chicest spot to see and be seen downtown this season isn't a cocktail lounge or restaurant. Instead, it's Dr. Barbara Sturm's white-washed new boutique and spa inside burgeoning Noho wellness hub Zero Bond. The celebrity skincare guru, beloved for her line of luxury products and innovative, science-backed treatments, has garnered quite the cult following from her home base in Germany all the way to Hollywood, but she chose NYC to open her first permanent U.S. outpost. Needless to say, her well-heeled fan base, which includes Nicky Hilton Rothschild, Heron Preston, and Tabitha Simmons, was more than excited to help her celebrate earlier this month.
From the modern and minimalist space, which boasts two facial chairs, to a glam dinner nearby at Indochine featuring a performance by Teyana Taylor, it seemed every A-lister in the city came out to fete the good doctor (who herself is a certified glamazon) in anticipation of the spa's official May 16th debut.
