This girl caught my eye on the streets of Chelsea today: I think her multicolored, vertically striped vest sets her apart from others who might be sporting a similar jeans/white collared shirt ensemble. Although this outfit might be a little too warm for the hot summer days to come, for today's cool and breezy weather it's a perfect fit. (And by the way, she didn't walk into that trash heap.)
