Come on people of SoHo! Dressed to impress? I think not. There is a time and place for casual but there is also a way. I found a few people who had the technique down, but it was a struggle. Today was a sad sad day in the world of fashion in the most popular spot in NYC... SoHo. Kudos to these 6 brave souls who dared to look good. Hopefully tomorrow will be a little easier on the eyes.
