Well, it's the end of an era. An era of awkward forehead kisses, bowls of cigarettes, and paparazzi photos highlighting an almost creepy height difference. After almost five years of marriage, Mary-Kate Olsen is seeking to divorce Olivier Sarkozy. The two had been together since 2012, and though that makes it MK's longest relationship to date (excluding Ashley, of course), any true fan also knows that it has certainly been the most boring - on our end, at least, because there does seem to be some major drama going down behind the scenes right now.
Nevertheless, the tiny fashion icon has decidedly descended beneath an extra shroud of secrecy in recent years, and, save for a bizarre amount of sightings at local basketball games, the high-profile pair managed to keep their life together private. Certainly a far cry from the headline-making romances Mary-Kate had in her youth. There were artists, shipping heirs, and even resulting spats with the Hilton sisters. Good times.
