Four & Twenty Blackbirds has been serving Brooklyn's freshest pies by the slice out of Gowanus since 2009. Founders and sisters Melissa and Emily Elsen make a point to source ingredients from local suppliers, meaning you can indulge without guilt. The menu is seasonal and peppered with unusual flavors: matcha custard, chocolate julep and apple rose, among others. Grab a slice and burn it off while walking the canal.
