Three

For those who like to eat outside the box, there's the eclectic but sophisticated Three restaurant. The decor is incredible - beautiful greens against blues and mostly velvet with big pieces of artwork on the walls. You'll be in Wynwood a lot, and this is a great dinner spot near Wynwood Walls.

Three is a trendsetter in creative cuisine. Take for instance the puffed onion - they mince the onion then fry it, giving it a texture similar to rice cakes. The buttermilk chicken with french toast and maple nut syrup is a fresh take on the cult favorite chicken and waffles. The cauliflower and nepitella is a favorite as well, and it pairs well with the french toast with rosemary and maduro. There's a lot of unusual flavors and methods on this menu, perhaps why it's cherished among those in the know.
