The most coveted condominium building in Miami is somehow getting even more luxurious. 

Priding itself on exclusivity and privacy, the new Arte Surfside boasts only 16 residences. But the 12-story pagoda-like pyramid, designed by renowned Italian architect Antonio Citterio, is already home to the who's who of recent Miami transplants. Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner have moved in with their family, as has Something Navy's Arielle Charnas.
