The most coveted condominium building in Miami is somehow getting even more luxurious.
Priding itself on exclusivity and privacy, the new Arte Surfside boasts only 16 residences. But the 12-story pagoda-like pyramid, designed by renowned Italian architect Antonio Citterio, is already home to the who's who of recent Miami transplants. Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner have moved in with their family, as has Something Navy's Arielle Charnas.
With oceanfront views, personalized concierge service, and an impressive suite of amenities including a 75-foot indoor swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool, beachfront meditation pond, rooftop tennis court, and fitness studio/spa, it's no wonder the place has become a magnet for wealthy buyers.
And now, they're adding yet another enticement to the list.
The Arte is set to unveil a sprawling new duplex penthouse, dubbed "Villa Nove." A combination of three units, the residence will feature six bedrooms, seven and a half baths, space for an office or home gym, a wine room, beauty parlor, theater, and five enclosed, temperature-controlled parking spaces, spread across 8,193 square feet. And that's just the interiors. The listing is the largest in the building, and the only one available with a terrace that wraps 360 degrees around the property, with almost 300 feet of oceanfront views.
In the market for a Miami pad? Villa Nove can be yours, fully furnished, for just $38 million!
