While they wait for their private island mansion to be built, Ivanka and her family are hardly slumming it. The brood has moved into the swanky Arte Surfside, a brand new waterfront development in Miami which boasts 16 luxury units going for around $47,000-a-month (its triplex penthouse recently sold to a mysterious buyer for $33 million). Ivanka and her husband have reportedly signed a one-year lease for their condo in the building, which includes plush amenities like a tennis court, fitness center, multiple pools, and round-the-clock security.
