Indeed, the community is so exclusive, and its residents so rich, that it's earned the nickname the "Billionaire's Bunker." According to reports, Jared and Ivanka picked up Lot 4 from Julio Iglesias, where they'll be building their very own bayside estate with 200 feet of private waterfront. As for their flashy new neighbors? Oh, you know, just Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen, who purchased their own property on the island right after the Kushners.
