Despite his playboy reputation and romps-about-town with the president's daughter, Fabián tied the knot in 2005 with Martina Borgomanero, to whom he is still married with a son. As it happens, she's the Italian heiress to the La Perla lingerie fortune. Talk about lucking out.
The couple hosted a rather unconventional "Winter Ball" to celebrate their nuptials, which was nevertheless attended by the starry likes of Tori Spelling, Dylan Lauren, Amanda and Gillian Hearst, and yes, even old friend Barbara Bush.
