But don't worry, this is hardly your typical sublet deal. For $125K a month, Kylie will be posing for 'grams in the lap of luxury, living cliffside in this $35 mil estate. Complete with tennis court, movie theater, pool, and spa, the 5-bedroom, 7-bath mansion is ideal for entertaining, meaning there will be plenty of room for A-list house parties and all of Kylie's krew. Must be nice.
