As most of us expected, the political statements from Hollywood haven't taken a break during the biggest awards night of the year. Celebrities from Ruth Negga to Lin-Manuel Miranda took their message to the red carpet before the ceremony even began, rocking blue ribbons in support of the American Civil Liberties Union. The #StandWithACLU initiative is a clear, if understated, anti-Trump jab, although the irony of model Karlie Kloss rocking hers is hardly lost on us. She's been dating Joshua Kushner, brother of Jared, brother-in-law of Ivanka, since 2013. Guess Thanksgiving dinner with the Trumps is going to get awkward this year.
