Last night in Los Angeles, amid national outrage at the President's new immigration and refugee ban, Hollywood stars gathered for the Screen Actors Guild Awards, but celebration came far behind much of their outspoken political dissent. Much like this year's Golden Globes, both the stage and red carpet served as platforms for political statements and messages of support for diversity and the foundations of America.
