In an interview with The Times, James revealed that some "rich kids" have been paying as much as $2,000 to get featured on the account, but even bigger bucks to hire him as their personal concierge. Since he's expanded his brand to include such services, James has managed to meet some of the 1%'s most outrageous demands, from booking a private dinner atop the Eiffel Tower (with one hour's notice) to chartering a private jet just for someone's dog. He also arranges luxury holiday accommodations and has even gotten into real estate. "I can't tell you what we've sold or who we've sold it to, but at the moment I'm working on a deal for a penthouse in central London and the property is just under £60 million ($74.9m)," James told LADbible this summer.
