Rita Cantina Is Serving Up The Tequila
Rita Cantina is a colorful new Mexican eatery from East Hampton chef Eric Miller (of Bay Kitchen Bar fame) boasting retro Oaxacan-inspired interiors and an expansive backyard area dotted with Adirondack chairs, picnic tables, and a large bonfire. The menu celebrates Mexican cuisine through a local lens, utilizing all the ingredients that swim, graze, and grow in Gardiner's Bay and the surrounding area, while the bar and beverage program, helmed by Adam Miller, focuses on spirit-forward cocktails spotlighting tequilas and mezcals. Let's just say this is definitely going to be your new favorite margarita spot.
