The Former Swallow East Is Now The Fancy La Fin

The former Swallow East space in Montauk has been reimagined as La Fin Kitchen & Lounge, a très fancy farm-to-table restaurant servin up French-influenced fare. Inspired by the seaside destinations of St. Barths and St. Tropez, with some East End cool thrown in, the dockside destination boasts plush new interiors, art installations by Destination Haus and Summer Strauch, and plenty of outdoor dining space right on the water.

Chef and co-owner James Tchinnis tapped his French training and experience at some of NYC's top restaurants (including Le Cirque) to create a menu that highlights seasonal ingredients, delicate homegrown herbs, sustainably caught fish, and responsibly sourced meats.
