Avid surfer, ocean lover, and - of course - music LEGEND Jimmy Buffett is just one of the many celebrities to have found refuge in the Long Island's eastern tip. And this weekend, he brought even more famous faces to the eastern end..
...according to Gatecrasher, Richard Gere was overheard chatting with guests at the Chanel J12 Marine event on Saturday about what a "great" time he was having crashing at Buffett's Montauk home. Joining the slumber party this weekend was actress Anjelica Huston (also present at the Chanel event).
Though not many good photos are out on the interwebs of Buffett's Montauk Margaritaville mansion, the rocker himself can be seen out and about all over town - whether surfing at Ditch (or one of Montauk's more secret surf spots), venturing west a few miles for surprise performances at the Stephen Talkhouse, or driving around in his signature green MargaritaMobile, Buffet sure knows how to make the most of his Hamptons getaway
