Protests
On Saturday, a group of nearly 200 took over Cooper's Beach in Southampton to demand environmental protections and free access to the beach (which charges $50 for visitors) for members of the Shinnecock Nation.
There was also a march on the real estate strip dubbed "Billionaire's Row," where protesters chanted "Tax the rich" and demanded affordable housing.
