Surf lessons, clambakes and fire dancers - oh my! This past weekend's Saks By The Sea retreat had it all. Hosted by Saks Fifth Avenue and Bumble BFF, the multi-day soirée was a true lesson in the art of the chic getaway. Oh, and in branding - everything from the yoga mats and the hotel room mirrors to the coconut drinks and s'mores graham crackers were playfully stamped with the weekend's seal.

Perched just on the edge of Montauk town, Hero Beach Club served as the perfect camp-style setting for this fashionable scene. Arriving out East on Friday afternoon, guests such as Flaviana Matata, Dani Evans, Danielle and Gabby Prescod, Tucker Bellingrath and Sarah Bray were treated to a whirlwind itinerary. There was a surf lesson with Austin's Surf Camp, a happiness workout led by Happy Not Perfect founder Poppy Jamie, a yoga session with Yoga Vida founder Hilaria Baldwin, and a beach clean-up with the Surfrider Foundation. And but of course, peppered in between it all was a string of unforgettably gorgeous lunches and dinners. The crowning moment? A starlit clambake and bonfire hosted by Bumble’s Heads of Creative Sara and Erin Foster. Plopped upon pillows, bundled up in cashmere blankets, donning perhaps the most stylish lobster bibs ever seen, diners including Tanya Taylor and Zach Weiss cracked away at the piles of shellfish strewn about the table, and cheered on the evening's surprise fire dancer performance.

Sad to see the weekend come to an end, all made their way to a farewell lunch on Sunday with Black Iris founder Candice Miller and Saks Chief Merchant Tracy Margolies at Rosie’s Amagansett before being chauffeured back to reality. If only summer could last just a bit longer.
