Shelter Island was quite the scene last Thursday evening, with a ferry-load of Hamptons society staples flocking to The Pridwin (a most Norman Rockwell setting, to say the least) to partake in a most picturesque scene - the New York Academy of Art's annual Summer Drawing Party.
Rows of sketch stations set with all the fixings arced about the property's charming waterfront lawn as Naomi Watts, Joseph Altuzurra, Candace Bushnell, Donna Karan, Nicole Miller, Joey Wölffer and more indulged their inner artist under the instruction of established contemporary painter John Wellington.
