This past Wednesday, in celebration of National Wicker Bag Day, beloved lifestyle brand and OG wicker enthusiast J.McLaughlin held its second annual bag-themed bash at one of the most beautiful venues out East, Wölffer Estate.
Style favorite Blair Eadie hosted the fashionable soirée, greeting guests under a blooming floral arch ornamented with a medley of wicker bags - a collection of new and vintage pieces that have served as classic summer staples since J.McLaughlin's founding back in 1977.
Guests, including Flaviana Matata, Tarah-Lynn Saint-Elien, Christy Doramus, Alison Kenworthy and more toasted the afternoon with rosé, and sat down to a picture perfect lunch featuring a tablecloth made from one of the brand's most popular summer prints, embroidered napkins by Monogram Mary that acted as place cards, wicker bags used as floral vessels and more.
J.McLaughlin's wicker bag events will continue throughout the weekend with Sip N’ Shop parties at over 140 J.McLaughlin stores across the country. Be sure to pop by - each boutique will be pouring rosé and offering complimentary styling services!
